MILES McLEOD is led by founding partner Lawrence W. Miles, Jr.  Mr. Miles has practiced for over 40 years and brings a wide variety of transactional and litigation experience to any legal matter.  A former Vice-President and General Counsel of the Cal Worthington Auto Group, Mr. Miles now represents a large number of clients in the auto industry and allied fields.  As a Commercial rated pilot, Mr. Miles also does a significant amount of aviation work.  He is also sought out as an arbitrator and mediator in business and commercial disputes.  Among his many civic engagements, he is a retired two term member of the San Juan Unified School District Board of Education, having also served two terms as Board President, and also served on the Board of Directors of the Aerospace Museum of California for 10 years, three of them as Board President.

     Senior Shareholder Brady McLeod has practiced law for over 20 years with an emphasis in the representation of businesses in the auto industry.  Mr. McCleod has represented auto dealers in hundreds of matters, ranging from litigation matters to sophisticated transactions such as dealership buy-sell agreements, the formation of legal entities, and real estate transactions.  Mr. McLeod is also active in his community, with extensive involvement in his religious community and youth activities.
